Parents, Teachers and Friends Association (PTFA)

The Rosary School’s Parents, Teachers and Friends Association (PTFA), organises events and activities for parents and children, as well as raising valuable funds for curriculum-related items.

How much you may want to become involved with the PTFA depends on you: even an occasional effort can lead to fantastic results and helps build a sense of community.

The money raised from events is used to enhance the children’s education and enjoyment of the school. Previous projects funded by the PTFA include: a new PA system, redeveloping the school garden, installing play equipment on the field and a ‘pavillion’ in the playground. more recently, the PTFA funded iSingPOP. This helped to promote the spiritual, moral, cultural and social development of pupils and their place in the community.  They learnt and performed a number of special songs with actions, which support our school values as well as the children’s learning in a range of subjects including Music and RE. The children were recorded so that we could create a school album.
