Revised Complaints Procedure

The Governors have recently reviewed the school’s Concerns and Complaints Procedure. It is important that if parents have concerns, or are dissatisfied, that they speak to the relevant staff member as soon as possible, so we can try to resolve any issues. Hopefully, these can be addressed informally, through discussion with the class teacher, Mrs Matarazzo (the Pastoral Worker), or Mrs Liber (the SEND Manager). Mrs Savory is also usually available at the beginning and end of the school day if parents/carers want a quick word. Alternatively, an appointment can be made to speak to one of us. However, if this does not resolve matters, the Complaints Procedure should be followed. The education and well-being of the children are our priorities and we want to work in partnership with parents and carers. Please remember, we aim to please, but sometimes we miss!

The revised policy is below.
